Anti-government sentiments surged both within and outside of Estonia, with criticism aimed at the European Union and Estonian leadership. Additionally, the Estonian government faced accusations of failing to accommodate Russian voters and refusing to reduce officials' vacation time.

Overview:

During the reporting week, anti-government sentiments were prevalent, extending beyond Estonia. Many of the posts last week targeted the European Union, claiming it would collapse if it didn’t strive to compete with the USA and Canada. There were also accusations that Estonian President Kaja Kallas attempted to conceal her business ties by omitting her husband’s company. On official channels, reports were made about alleged crimes committed by the neo-Nazi Kyiv regime, and an official report was published. Additionally, a report was released detailing the harm and discrimination Western countries have inflicted on their indigenous populations. Finally, claims were directed at the Estonian government, accusing officials of refusing to cut their vacation time and making things more difficult for Russian voters by not requiring officials to speak Russian.
